Different types of Documentaries

There are lots of different types of documentaries which include: News documentary, Mock-u-mentary, Cartoon Documentary, Animation Documentary.

News Documentary

A news documentary is a documentary that gives you information about what’s happening in the news but also is mostly educational as it gives more information about what is happening and goes more in depth to the persons point of view (POV).

Mock-u-mentary

A mock-u-mentary is a type of documentary that takes a serious documentary and turns it into a parody of the original one. This is meant to turn the original one into a less serious documentary which is meant to turn the documentary into a comedy sketch.

Cartoon Documentary 

A cartoon documentary is a type of documentary that has been animated. This is a combination of an animation and a documentary put together into one but this is confused with documentaries to do with TV and Movies. The first animated documentary film was The Sinking of the Lusitania by a man named Windsor McCay.

Street Documentary

A street documentary is a documentary that puts peoples lives into perspective and gives a point of view (POV) to how they live and how the community around them live an example of this is benefits street.
